COVID-19 Policy
Dixie Speaker is open for business and engaged in doing our part during this unusual time. We care about the health of our customers and employees, and we are implementing some new procedures to do our part during the Covid crisis.
We are routinely cleaning and sanitizing our storefront and work areas to meet CDC suggested guidelines. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant is available to our customers on request, and we welcome customers who wish to wear masks, gloves and other protective gear. We encourage social distancing and we refrain from direct contact as much as possible. We are also limiting the number of customers in our storefront, and encourage customers to make appointments in advance of dropping off repairs.
We are doing more business online, and we encourage customers to consider shopping online, or shipping their repairs to us. Our website is online 24/7, and we are answering customer questions by phone during regular business hours. Feel free to call with any questions about repairs or new purchases.
We are making every attempt to have all products on our shelves and ready to ship. While we make every attempt to maintain inventory levels to avoid backorders, some items may not be readily available right now. Most products are in stock, in quantity, and special orders are also possible. Purchases can be made online or over the phone, and we will be happy to ship to your address, or customers can pick up their products curbside during regular hours.
