  • How can I pay?

For sales and repairs we accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. 

  • When will my order be processed?

During normal business hours your order will be processed within one to two hours. You will receive an email confirmation, as well as tracking information as soon as it ships. Orders placed over the weekend or after regular business hours will be processed the following business day.

  • What is your return policy?

Dixie Speaker provides 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with any item we sell, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund (does not include shipping charges). All items returned must be in new condition and have all of the original packaging. All sales are final on surround kits and diaphragms. We inspect and test every product before shipping out.   • Is my information protected?

Always. Payment information is encrypted with state of the art secure processing via Shopify Payments. All of your information is safe. We do not trade, rent, sell, or give your personal information to anyone.

  • Do you ship to other countries (outside the United States)?

Yes we do! Please contact us for a shipping quote.

  • Do you sell complete rebuild/recone kits?

Yes, however, due to the fact that our vendors do not offer any warranty on parts not installed by authorized service centers, we recommend sending your speakers to us to have them professionally repaired. All sales are final on all recone kits.

  • What is your warranty on speaker repair?

We give a full one year warranty on all speaker repairs. This covers all workmanship and materials on any defective parts or service. The warranty does not cover burned or damaged voice coils or any type of use not recommended by the speaker manufacturer.

  • If I send you my speakers, when will I get them back? How long does it take?

On average, 8-10 business days is adequate for a typical repair. Shipping could be anywhere from 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping location.

  • Can I bring my speakers directly to you?

Absolutely. We are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, CST.  Fridays are by appointment only, so please call us to make arrangements!
